The Magical History Tour of Jewish Pittsburgh
On Sunday, May 6, thirty-two members and friends of Adat Shalom Congregation set out to discover the history of Jewish Pittsburgh. Our charming guide, local historian Nicholas Lane,took us for a fascinating afternoon tour of places significant to the settlers of Jewish Pittsburgh. Heschel z.l. was one of the great Jewish thinkers of modern times and an inspirational voice in the religious life of our generation.
